Landing zones are where governance, identity, networking, and cost control either get engineered properly or get retrofitted painfully. We build Cloud Adoption Framework-aligned foundations as code, and hand them over.

A production-grade landing zone is not a portal accelerator run once and abandoned. It is a management group hierarchy that maps to how your organisation funds and classifies work, a subscription vending pattern so new workloads land governed, an identity baseline with PIM and break-glass done properly, hub-spoke or Virtual WAN networking with private DNS, and a policy baseline that auditors can read in a repository.
We deliver all of it as Bicep in your repo. The design is opinionated because the design space is well explored; the speed comes from proven patterns, not corner-cutting.

Management group design, subscription model, tagging strategy, and an Azure Policy baseline (tagging, location, diagnostics, encryption, SKU control) deployed as initiatives via pipeline.
Identity & access
Entra ID baseline, Privileged Identity Management, break-glass accounts, and conditional access expressed as reviewable configuration rather than portal folklore.
Network & operations
Hub-spoke or Virtual WAN topology, private DNS, NSG baselines, central Log Analytics with policy-deployed diagnostics, and cost guardrails with budgets and alerts.
